At One Vision Performance, we are committed to providing high-quality BMW performance parts, accessories, and custom headlight builds. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part:

  • Eligibility: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Resolution: We will cover the return shipping cost and offer one of the following options:
    • A replacement product (if available)
    • A full refund (including any applicable shipping fees)
    • Store credit for future purchases
  • How to Claim: Contact our customer service team at sales@1visionperformance.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Change of Mind or Unwanted Products

If you decide to return a product that is not defective or damaged, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not the result of a product defect or our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Custom headlight builds
  • Any product that has been used, installed, or modified
  • Clearance items

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at sales@1visionperformance.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
